Not all client equipment is compatible with the uncapped antenna’s on the highsite.
Should your equipment need to be replaced you will be credited for the existing equipment if
it is deemed to be reusable.
Upload on all uncapped accounts is fixed at 2Mb/s
Additional CPE’s connecting to an uncapped account will be charged at R175 per month. Please Note: After FUP is reached the bandwidth “speed” is reduced by 50% for the remainder of the 24 hour period.
